I am even more grateful to the Universe today as I’ve learned Sharuaf Jois - Pattbahi Jois grandson passed yesterday - he’s took over his grandfathers Ashtanga Shala in Mysore India to carry on the Lineage and Tarditons of the Ashtanga Practise. It’s a huge loss …
